Just a note about 355

Seeing some weird (fake) rumours and spoilers going around.

* Who Negi ends up with is NOT known.

* The “Where Are They Now” sequence is all real.

  1. Hah! I knew it.

  2. I felt pretty sure that once Asuna was flushed from being the one Negi chose, Akamatsu-sensei would not have him pick at all. Most harem writers do that, simply because if they have the male character choose, fans who want a different choice get angry or even enraged. I know Akamatsu-sensei had choices made for “A.I. Love You” and “Love Hina,” but there, the choice was pretty much established from the start, then the harem was there as possible, but ultimately “not happening” choices.

  3. I’m just going to assume that it was Fate.

  4. All in all, I was kind of hoping for Ako, Chisame, Nokoda, Asuna, Chachamaru, Makie, or Akira. The Nokoda option is apparently out, but, I could live with any of the six above. I’ve been against Yue, and Ku Fei since the Magical Festival arc and unlike most, i can’t imagine Negi shipped with Eva. From the spoilers, this looks like an ambiguous ending which kind of irkels me since I’ve been reading since my Sophomore year in high school. (4 years ago) What happens to Nagi, and Sayo hasn’t been fully explained with Sayo’s backstory only a little bit, but not enough to satisfy me. I’m kind of….disappointed. Is there any chance there’d be another series to follow this, or little stories when the manga is done to explain the rest? I know the characters will be stale if theres another series, but the ending could be added onto like Shaman King’s ending was. Sorry for righting an essay people, it’s just something to get off of my chest.
